Welcome to Zee.sy Jewellery. By placing an order on www.zeesy.pk, you agree to the following terms designed to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience.

 

1. Product Presentation

We make every effort to display our jewellery as accurately as possible. Slight variations in color, finishing, or detailing may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.

Each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch.

 

 

2. 3-Day Exchange Assurance

Your satisfaction matters to us.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with the design or selection, you may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Conditions:

 

• Product must be unused and in original packaging.
• Exchange request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned to our official address.
• Delivery charges of PKR 300 apply for voluntary exchanges (size/design change).

This policy ensures you shop with confidence while maintaining product hygiene and quality standards.

 

In the rare event that you receive:

• A damaged item
• A defective piece
• An incorrect product

Zee.sy Jewellery will arrange a replacement after verification.

Once received and inspected, the replacement will be dispatched promptly.

 

 

4. Sale & Clearance Items

 

Items purchased during promotional campaigns, sales, or stock clearance may not be eligible for exchange unless received damaged or defective.

5. Order Modifications

 

Orders may be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement.

After processing begins, changes may not be possible as orders move quickly into packaging and dispatch.

6. Make-to-Order & Pre-Orders

 

Certain products are made exclusively upon order.

• Preparation time: 2–3 weeks
• Full advance payment required
• Production begins once payment is confirmed

 

These pieces are crafted especially for you.

 

7. International Orders

 

Estimated delivery timeframe: 7-14 working days, depending on destination.

Tracking details are shared via email once dispatched.

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applied by their country’s authorities.

Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control.

 

 

8. Address Accuracy

 

Customers must provide complete and accurate address details including:

• House number
• Block number
• Street number
• Nearest landmark (if applicable)

Incomplete addresses may result in order delays or cancellation.

 

9. Intellectual Property

 

All website content including images, designs, logos, product descriptions, and branding elements are the exclusive property of Zee.sy Jewellery and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

 

Zee.sy Jewellery is not liable for:

• Courier delays
• Customs processing delays
• Force majeure events
• Minor design variations

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes.
