Exchange & Refund Policy

At Zee.sy Jewellery, customer satisfaction is important to us. Every piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure quality and craftsmanship. Please review our exchange guidelines below.
1. 3-Day Exchange Policy
We offer a 3-day exchange window from the date of delivery.
Products are eligible for exchange if they meet the following conditions:
- The item is unused and in original condition
- All tags, labels, and original packaging are intact
- The exchange request is submitted within 3 days of delivery
Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for exchange.
2. Exchange for Size or Design Change
If you wish to exchange your item for:
- A different bangle size
- A different design
- Any other product variation
A delivery fee of PKR 300/- will apply.
We strongly recommend reviewing the product description and size guide before placing your order to ensure the best selection.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- An incorrect order
Zee.sy Jewellery will arrange a replacement after verification.
Customers may be asked to return the item to our official address for inspection. Once verified, the replacement will be dispatched promptly at no additional product cost.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of jewellery products and hygiene standards, we do not offer monetary refunds.
However, eligible products may be exchanged in accordance with the policy above to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Sale & Clearance Items
Items purchased during:
- Promotional sales
- Discount campaigns
- Stock clearance events
are not eligible for exchange or refund unless received damaged or defective.
6. Make-to-Order / Pre-Order Items
Certain items are made exclusively upon order.
- Production time: Minimum 2 to 3 weeks
- Full advance payment is required
- Orders begin processing once payment is confirmed
As these items are custom-prepared, they may not be cancelled once production has started.
7. International Orders
Estimated delivery timeframe: 7-14 working days depending on destination and customs processing.
Tracking details are shared via email after dispatch.
Customs & Import Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country.
Zee.sy Jewellery is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
8. Order Cancellation & Modifications
Orders may be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement.
After this period, orders enter processing and may no longer be changed.
9. Address Accuracy
Customers must provide complete and accurate address details including:
- House number
- Block number
- Street number
- Nearest landmark (if applicable)
Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses may be cancelled.
