Happy with the quality of product. Packaging is also good but still i received a broken article. Please check before you dispatch cz in this type of packaging damage can't happen.

Actually i purchased this necklace and when i wear it , the necklace broken into two pieces and when i complain about it then customer service girl told me they dont take the responsiblity..actually when we purchade goods from brand ,we know that if something goes wrong then brand will take step ..but here they just blocked me..
