Exchange Policy

After receiving previous Parcel Exchange Period will be 3 to 5 days for products!


Items eligible for exchange must be purchased directly from our brand's official store or website.

The exchange policy is applicable within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Conditions for Exchange:

The item must be in its original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all exchanges.

Customized or personalized jewellery items cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Exchange Process:

To initiate an exchange, customers should contact our customer support team via phone, email, or through our website's designated exchange request form.

The customer support team will guide customers through the exchange process, including providing a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions for packaging the item securely.

Exchange Options:

Customers can choose one of the following exchange options:

a) Exchange for a different product of equal or lesser value: The price difference will be refunded if the new item has a lower value.

b) Exchange for a different product of higher value: Customers will be required to pay the price difference between the original item and the new selection.

c) Exchange for a gift card: Customers can opt to receive a gift card for the value of the returned item, which can be used for future purchases.

Shipping Costs:

If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For exchanges based on personal preferences or sizing issues, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.


Earrings and other personal items related to hygiene cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Final Decision:

Zee.Sy reserves the right to make the final decision regarding exchanges based on the condition of the returned item and adherence to the exchange policy.
